By using NearbyPrices.co.uk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the service.
2. Service description
NearbyPrices provides indicative price information and a business directory. Price data is submitted by businesses and consumers and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price information displayed on the site.
3. Price submissions
By submitting a price you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and relates to a genuine transaction. You grant NearbyPrices a perpetual licence to display and aggregate the submitted data. Submissions are moderated and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
4. Business listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. NearbyPrices reserves the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms. Free listings include a do-follow link to the business website.
5. Estimated prices
Some pages display estimated price ranges sourced from third parties including Which?, Checkatrade, and ONS. These are clearly labelled as estimates and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Estimated data is never included in structured data markup.
6. Limitation of liability
NearbyPrices is provided as-is. Automated Europe Limited accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of price information displayed on the site. Always obtain multiple quotes before commissioning any service or product.
7. Payments
Premium listing fees are processed securely by Stripe Inc. All payments are subject to our refund policy stated at the point of purchase. Automated Europe Limited does not store payment card data.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, design, and data compilations are the property of Automated Europe Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute data from NearbyPrices without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
